My issue was software related. My car had not been updated since it was new. My service rep ensured that my requirements were fully determined before the car was handed over. The communication before, during and after completion was fab!

X6 in for recent service found that front brake pads required. Brought back another day for fitting. Got a phone call later stating that they ordered the wrong brake pads/discs. No solution offered at the time and just to come in at another date.
