100% to Meredith at reception (she is lovely) but 70% to whoever cleared the car for handover. The bonnet wasn't closed properly and the alarm only sounded when I was well on the way home. This is the second time this has happened.

Getting contact with your sevide department is a nightmare. Direct contact limited - calls not returned. Two prices given very far apart undermining confidence. Once repair eventally arranged all good from that point.
