Syed , our sales person, couldn't do enough to help us. He worked through a number of options with us until we found the best fit. I didn't feel pressured to purchase by Syed which is something I have experienced in other dealerships.

100% to Meredith at reception (she is lovely) but 70% to whoever cleared the car for handover. The bonnet wasn't closed properly and the alarm only sounded when I was well on the way home. This is the second time this has happened.

Getting contact with your sevide department is a nightmare. Direct contact limited - calls not returned. Two prices given very far apart undermining confidence. Once repair eventally arranged all good from that point.

Even after the extra 3hrs wait and the complete service of the vehicle was not completed there was some compensation and we were offered to go back anytime to receive the complimentary cleaning and hoovering.

I would like to say from the first time meeting Syed, he was so helpful and friendly. I discussed what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was able to source this vehicle. I did have to wait few months for delivery, however Syed kept me updated.

Did not fix any of the faults I reported. They did find the cause of roof rattle but failed to repair it. Dismissed the wind noise issue claiming it was 'normal' despite my concerns (my last X3 was nothing like it !!).

I had to wait a number of weeks for my appointment after the recall. I arranged for a courtesy car but it was cancelled two days before as it was said that the work would only take an hour. I had to drop off my wife for a hospital appointment prior.

There was an safety recall on my vehicle, which I was kept up to date about throughout the year by letter. I got a warning light on my car I was booked in and given some helpful information over the phone if any issues. Very satisfied

Couldn't get through to speak with a person. Discovery id spent all summer with no aircon because they couldn't fix it initially so booked in months later. To be told it was a fault in the settings only.
