An oil change that cost almost £400.00 is excessive. I was informed that the walls of the car's tyres were cracking. Given the car has done less that 5000 miles I feel that this a defect which should be made good under warranty.

I was stunned to learn that BMW wanted to charge £800 to replace one parking sensor, the dearest I could find this anywhere else was £400 from a BMW approved garage, then wanted to charge £761 for 2 tyres that are £560 at kwik fit around the corner
